Functional Area 01 | Leadership and Strategy

Lead the HR function by developing HR strategy, contributing to organizational strategy, influencing people management practices, and monitoring risk.

Functional Area 02 | Talent Planning and Acquisition 

Forecast organizational talent needs and develop strategies to attract and engage new talent.

Functional Area 03 | Learning and Development  

Develop training, development, and employee retention strategies.

 Functional Area 04 | Total Rewards  

Monitor the effectiveness of compensation and benefit strategies for attracting, rewarding, and retaining talent.

Functional Area 05 | Employee Relations and Engagement  

Develop and/or monitor strategies impacting employee satisfaction and performance including diversity and inclusion, safety, security, and labor strategies.

The final two classes of the program focus on a review of the HR body of knowledge to reinforce what you’ve learned over the previous class sessions.

Diane L. Dee, President and Founder of Advantage HR Consulting, LLC is a senior Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the HR arena. Diane’s background includes experience in HR consulting, training and administration in corporate, government, consulting and pro bono environments.

Diane founded Advantage HR Consulting in early 2016. Under Diane’s leadership, Advantage HR Consulting provides comprehensive, cost-effective Human Resources solutions for small to mid-sized public and private firms in the greater Chicagoland area.  Diane also develops and conducts webinars on a wide-variety of HR compliance and administrative topics for various training firms across the country in addition to providing comprehensive PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exam preparation programs.   Additionally, Diane is the author of multiple white papers and e-books addressing various HR compliance topics.
